Came to work and coordinated Authorizations for patients Home Health care and worked with staff on visitations. I started as a receptionist and advanced to Dr's orders and then Authorization Coordinator. Co workers all worked together to help make a pleasant work environment.

The best staff I have ever worked for. They care about you and do everything they can to help you out. They are great with the patients and do fun things at the office where everyone is welcome. If you want a great place to work then you should go there!

Harmony is one of the best Health care agency's I have ever worked for. They have a very caring and knowledgeable staff. The only problem I have is there is just not enough work hours available to me. I really love to work one on one with clients in their homes; I find it to be most rewarding. Provide companionship and assist in daily living activities. Learned that it's not that easy to be ready at all times. Management is flexible and cooperative and co-workers have a sense of teamwork. On your own a lot but feels good knowing when you made someone's life better.
