Don't bother, thanks for your input. Is this the reason why they always hire a newly, unexperienced CNA right out of school over a seasoned CNA that has years of experience in long-term-care (btw is physically and mentally hard)? I once had an interview only because I knew someone and still did not get the job so I know exactly what you mean Don't Bother.

This is an outstanding position. Unfortunately, they have positioned it incorrectly as it should report to the System CEO and a Board; instead it reports to an HR person. They'll never achieve their full potential in this format.
