Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. (Harrah’s) is a global casino entertainment provider. The business of the Company is primarily conducted, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Harrah’s Operating Company, Inc. In September 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of Macau Orient Golf.
