Customer Service Representative II, San Antonio, TX - August 12, 2015
Busy and sometimes anoying because, some of the customer's would curse you out when you called their home early in the morning. I learned to control my temper when speaking with irate customers. The management were all professional people. My co-workers were all friendly people. The hardest part of my job was making outbound calls early on Saturday mornings! The most enjoyable part of the job was talking to people from all over the US!
