My typical work day was processing loan applications, payments, making collections calls, and keeping insurance updated. I learned different ways to deal with all customer types. Management was very helpful in giving me proper training. The hardest part of my job was turning people down for loan applications, well separating my personal feelings and business needs. The most enjoyable part was being able to help customers, making them happy.
