The pay with Harte Hanks was great. You’re guaranteed 80 hours every two weeks, and you can always work overtime. Every 6 months, you get a .50 increase which is also a plus. The only complaint I have with this company is management. There are different teams on the floor with different “Leads.” None of them are on the same page. If you ask a question for your own Lead, you may get another different one from someone else. During peak season, you’re expected to answer every incoming call or risk termination. And sometimes, you won’t even see the Leads answering calls when you’re being swamped.
This job would have been perfect had the leads been more professional. Also, be sure you ask all of the questions you can before you get on the floor. Because I was ill-informed, it costed me my job. I was terminated by the misguidance of another Lead. Be careful who you talk to!
