A typical work day is i try to come in to work at least 15 min before start, go over a few new pointers to my physicians , and talk about most frequently asked questions with my peers so we on the same page across the board . I learned that not all clinicians are computer savvy, and a lot of them just need patience to work with them. most enjoyable part of the job are seeing clinicians and providers working on their own with very little supervision

I found the office to be very stressful and most of the employees love to complain about other workers. I found it to be a very uncomfortable work environment unless you like back-stabbing and gossip. I learned too late you really need to be assertive and stand up for yourself.
