Difficult to do the duties required for your position. Owner allows to much of her personal life to allow her to operate an effective business. A hostile/abusive work environment. Long work hours with little pay and without needed benefits. An untrusting work environment that puts staff against each other instead of team work. The caring of the patients is neglected due to continual crying/screaming that distracts from staff caring for patients. Staff is not able to make effective decisions due to the allowance of clients dictating what the staff and business should do.
