It has been through Ms. Coleman's dedication, leadership, and professionalism that she has guided the Harvest Professional Services Company Team to secure and maintain contracts with the California National Guard, Department of Interior, National Guard Bureau, and Department of the Army.
Ms. Coleman's business paradigm centers on providing seamless support to those who support and serve our nation. She demonstrates this support through the tools she provides her clientele, communication, recruiting, and understanding. Ms. Coleman ensures that her employees receive a thorough screening and interview to provide the right fit. She believes and insists on paying her employees competitively along with a strong benefit and time-off package. She is responsible for establishing strong and constant communication between her management staff and KO's, COTR's, government managers, and employees.
