The Director of Risk Manager/PI will implements and facilitates the Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs. Direct hospital compliance with laws, regulations and the standards of the accrediting and approval agencies, including state licensure, CMS and Joint Commission. Will coordinate compliance activities with the Haven Compliance Officer.

Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or a related clinical field, and five years experience in healthcare with two years behavioral health experience preferred. Knowledge of laws and regulations of federal, state and local government agencies. Knowledge of the standards, rules and regulation of accrediting agencies as applicable to the state or facility is preferred.
