Definitely a workplace to try and get into. The spirit of aloha embodies everything - from the people, to the customer, to the aircraft, to the offices. Everyone is happy; until there is a delay. Otherwise, the customers are all on leisure travel. No business, all play. The management team at LAX are wonderful. The work load is upbeat and manageable. Airport agents are protected by a union as is the Inflight department. The open door policy is nice and leadership has a personal and business relationship with everyone.
