While other consulting firms provide one core function of expertise, Hay Group is able to deliver services, with exceptional quality, across many different areas. In working at Hay Group I have been able to learn through all of these practices areas. The difficulty in doing this is that you have to fight for the opportunities. The company has great potential going forward, especially in developing markets.
