Internship and work environment was difficult due to dealing with employees with drug and alcohol issues.

Pros: hire clients with drug and alcohol issues.
Cons: some of them need to continue in treatment.
Due to dealing with employees with drug and alcohol issues. The clients were easy to deal with and were straight forward about why they needed treatment and if they were ready to obtain that treatment.

Cons: salary is less than competitive
Haymarket is an excellent agency. It is a teaching institution and hires individual with little to no experience. There is room for advancement and ooportunities for overtime.
