typical rural housewife run kitchen with inherent insecurities knowledge threatens
lead cook (Former Employee), center city –
Pros: benefits pay, they hire handicapped, generally forgiving, treat you better than the strawberries, no gordon ramsey, no drug testing, uniforms laundered, air condtitioned nice kitchen, all you can eat fatty, get to work with kids happy
Cons: sodexo hirearchy, female dominated, nepotism extreme, no smoking, hospital exception to 40 hr workweek, never go to hr no union, nice people but so jaded, no justice in county court sewn up, not for go getters, not for educated
Hospital casseroles and a dislike for their customers as they are drug abusers and don't deserve real hollandaise. Fear of cosmopolitan cooking or the enjoyment of same. Great job for those who can't cook and don't want to learn the elegant points of our artistic craft. Great benefits if you can avoid the tendancy of veterns to eat you alive at some – more...  point.. Humility, ignorance and being labled a stupid kluts grants you job security. After all IT"S JUST FOOD. Monolithic. – less
