(CNC) Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Mequon, WI – August 11, 2014
Showed up and inspected machines, began running parts, removed finished parts, inspected finished parts with micrometers and calipers, moved parts to designated areas...........I learned to use several different MAZAK machines.....Management was concerned that we were active at all times......co-workers were coordial..........adjusting to 3rd shift was hardest part of the job......understanding the different operations and implementing the knowledge I acquired was the best part of the job.
Company acknowledged employees birthdays and tenure with breaktime parties
short breaks....5 more minutes would have been ideal
Very stagnant environment with no room for advancement.
Mechanical Assembly (Former Employee) – Mequon, WI – December 27, 2012
Once you are hired for a position, it is nearly impossible to advance to a new position regardless of your performance. You pay union dues only to be left out on a limb when their assistance is needed.
