A Great Overall Atmosphere
Lead Production Technician, Helper, Plaquemine, LA - August 15, 2014
Once you've grasped the basic day to day routine, the job pretty much runs itself. The crews were broken up into A,B,C, and D shifts and each shift acted as teams with leadership sometimes rewarding the crew that got the most accomplished. This made us all work harder and take more pride in our work. While it was all business the camaraderie that was formed with those co-workers made the whole thing enjoyable.
