Did not happen. Raises are linked to job performance reviews that are overly obscure and uninformative to ensure that employees receive a "meets expectations" only and do not qualify for raises. No routine "cost of living" raises were provided during my tenure with the company.

Just provide better communication. Only one person in HR was adamant about moving me to another position once my contract expired. The hiring managers had to be "forced" to interview me and even then it wasn't successful.

6 months+ because they will interview you and then lose your resume. After 5 months they'll remember they spoke to you and try and interview you a second time.
