The office itself is a very pleasant work environment ...i have learnt lots of trouble shootings steps for laptop and desktop.and the co-workers are very friendly and co-operative.

 Selected as SPOC for new initiative from Talent Acquisition team for “Mobile Recruiting”.
 Handling first round of HR interview in order to assess the candidate's suitability, attitude & motive, academic & professional qualifications, relevant experience, soft skills & technical skills etc.
 Coordinating the onboard activities of the candidates including joining formalities, background checks, deciding compensations for the qualified candidates.
 Managing an exhaustive vendor base to fulfill high volume & bulk recruitments in a short span of time.
 Undertaking weekly & monthly planning against total targets with strategies for different sources of recruitments.
 Ensuring on-time and on-budget fulfillment of positions through blended methodology involving judicious use of methods such as head hunting, cold calling, networking and sources of recruitments such as vendors, referrals, job boards.
 Developing and maintaining prospective candidate database on the basis for immediate and future requirements for different technology & as per different location.
 Responsible for planning and executing the staffing strategy to fulfill BU needs, in line with the overall Business Plan of the company, Demand & Supply analysis, Staffing Capacity planning at org level for the bi-annually and quarterly basis for hiring and all the new projects. Building up strong competencies through Technology Training to meet immediate staffing needs.
 Provide total staffing support by developing and implementing staffing strategy.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high volume environment under the pressure of competing demands and high delivery expectations. – less

The hardest part of the job is, when I start working on my first live project in HCL. Since my mentor absconded from the organization, I had to manage myself without my mentor who given me the basic training about the process . It was quite challenging but I enjoyed it. To be honest, in the initial stage I had some hard days. However I came out of this – more... hard time and made a very good success in the project and now the project has been streamlined. As a individual I am a very happy about this. The main reason for this success is my lovely team. They are brilliant. I love them a lot. – less

They first gave us every knowledge of the language which were used in the project and allow us to use them and when needed they help us.

Center Manager work not properly so center do not have any progress. all co-workers do well in there jobs.

About a typical day at work, it was when we did admission of 150 students a day.
all i learned from it hardwork never gets wasted.

all the employees work in 24x7 stress-full enviroments and yoga practice help to distress and keep energetic for good out put.The most difficult part of yoga session is'to invite the people and most enjoyable part of yoga session is when session ends because all practitioners feel energetic and fresh.

Good team, good manager, not a lot of restrictions made it enjoyable.

Hardest part was adjusting to various shifts as it disturbed the sleep cycle.

No regrets.

Liked working here. Was part of the growing team with excellent managers. Great learning curve.
