The employer was very serious about providing services to low income families. There were high expectations of employees to understand the program, policies and procedures. Support was provide to those interested in succeeding in the area of Early Childhood Education.
The staff were dedicated to the welfare of the children. In addition, there were staff who made it their business to support one another.
The most extraordinary part of the job was having the opportunity to effect change with a child, a parent, and or the community.
