A typical day was 8 hours. I learned alot about medical claims and medical procedures. Management doesn't have the skills needed to lead. I really liked my co-workers and felt we were a tight unit. The constant insecurity about procedures was the hardest part of the job. I really enjoyed processing the medical claims.
