My first real job.
Claims Examiner (Former Employee), Little Rock, ARMarch 20, 2015
Pros: a wonderful establishment.
Cons: how far it was from home.
This was my first real job and I was very happy to say that I worked at a very well known hospital. I loved helping people that needed a caring person. Russ Harrington was one of the nicest people to work for.

The employee moral is at an all time low due to management changes.
CLAIMS SPECIALIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE (Former Employee), Little Rock, ARJuly 20, 2012
Pros: 401k, insurance, flexible hours
Cons: paying for parking, downtown
A typical day was 8 hours.
I learned alot about medical claims and medical procedures.
Management doesn't have the skills needed to lead.
I really liked my co-workers and felt we were a tight unit.
The constant insecurity about procedures was the hardest part of the job.
I really enjoyed processing the medical claims.
