Cons: losing a client due to illness.

Perfect place to advance
Customer Service- underwriting assistant (Former Employee), Eagan, MN – April 28, 2013
Pros: it was a great place to advance
I started in customer service. I answered inbound calls regarding insurance and premiums. I was promoted to medical underwriting. Collecting health information from subscribers so we could give them a accurate rate for the health insurance. I was promoted again in underwriting and I was a underwriting assistant. I was in close contact with insurance – more... agents and underwriters. Answering questions on group rates and the health risk of the small groups. – less

Company is not loyal or supportive of employee
Staff Ultrasonographer (Former Employee), Minneapolis, MN – October 21, 2012
I worked independently which was good but at the end of the job, I felt betrayed by management. Management is not qualified to manage. Limited respect for employee. My co-workers were good but alot of gossip. You need to just take care of yourself.

Great support from management
Reassessment Nurse (Current Employee), New York, NY – August 28, 2012
Pros: tuition & transportation reimbursement
As a reassessment nurse, your main duty is to visit patients either at their home, nursing home or rehab center. The managers are very supportive and the co-workers truly know the meaning of team work.
The hardest part of the job is the paper work. But if you have great time management skills you'll do well

Don't plan on a full-time career with this organization!
CNA/HHA (Current Employee), Wyoming, MI – May 2, 2012
Pros: i can set my own schedule.
Cons: clients have no consistency with aides, unless they request certain staff.
H.P. is unproffessional with its clients, and with staff scheduling. Most clients have no family values, and staff is expected to act in a proffessional manner in poor environments. Management make decisions to further the interest of the clients, rather than the interest of proffessional staff. Pay is wonderful, but hours are inconsistent and unpredictable. – more... However, they are very good at working around my availability, which I have much of it due to lack of working hours!! – less

Great company, with many opportunities to move up in the ranks
Member Relations Representative (Current Employee), Philadelphia, PA – March 13, 2012
Pros: great employee incentives, great pay, reasonable bonuses
Cons: immature management, catty women, micro-management
Overall, the company is great. There are plenty of job opportunities, and chances to advance with-in the company. Health Partners has plenty of great employee incentives as well, and pays very well compared to comparable positions around the area. You get the sense that everybody is friendly, and works as a team.

I have been employed with this company since August and it has not been very productive so far. I have worked 1 case for 3 months then the company says they do not have any work. It is very difficult to just wait on a case to open.
