Greeting and caring for our seniors. I learned the medical records procedures and the importance of accuracy,dispatching transportation and transporting clients via stretcher,walker and wheelchair. I started in customer service. I answered inbound calls regarding insurance and premiums. I was promoted to medical underwriting. Collecting health information from subscribers so we could give them a accurate rate for the health insurance. I was promoted again in underwriting and I was a underwriting assistant. management issues. no pay raises ..No complete background checks done on aides or nurses.. Push to get schedules filled out 1 month before hand.

I worked independently which was good but at the end of the job, I felt betrayed by management. Management is not qualified to manage. Limited respect for employee. My co-workers were good but alot of gossip. You need to just take care of yourself.

As a reassessment nurse, your main duty is to visit patients either at their home, nursing home or rehab center. The managers are very supportive and the co-workers truly know the meaning of team work.
The hardest part of the job is the paper work. But if you have great time management skills you'll do well

Worked at various institutions, clinics and hospitals. Met many wonderful people and enjoyed flexability of job.

H.P. is unproffessional with its clients, and with staff scheduling. Most clients have no family values, and staff is expected to act in a proffessional manner in poor environments. Management make decisions to further the interest of the clients, rather than the interest of proffessional staff. Pay is wonderful, but hours are inconsistent and unpredictable. – more... Worked with home health care patients, which included vent dependent and bed ridden clients who required total care.
Performed daily grooming, bathing and wound care. During my time at this company I learned to work independently, which improved my assessment, implementation and evaluation skills.

Overall, the company is great. There are plenty of job opportunities, and chances to advance with-in the company. Health Partners has plenty of great employee incentives as well, and pays very well compared to comparable positions around the area. You get the sense that everybody is friendly, and works as a team.

I worked as a care coordinator in health Partners. I had a good experience there and was able to use what i learn from there to effectively serve the other places i was employed in.

Very Diverse working environment; Great management and a team work atmosphere

I have been employed with this company since August and it has not been very productive so far. I have worked 1 case for 3 months then the company says they do not have any work. It is very difficult to just wait on a case to open.
