Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Bloomington, MNNovember 25, 2014
It truely was day to day. Some days were good and some where bad. It all depended on the people on the phone as well as how your coworkers are feeling that day.

Enrollment/CHIP Supervisor (Former Employee), Philadelphia, PANovember 14, 2014
Pros: company christmas party and various company luncheons
Cons: never leaving my desk for lunch.
Typical day at work, assist in processing enrollment applications when there were a high volume of applications, to ensure the applicants were insured as soon as possible. Answering phones when call volume was high, and assisting staff with complex inquiries or supervisory calls when requested. Processing time and attendance information. Assist Management with creating processing steps for the new line of business and conducted impromptu staff meeting. Assist the Medicaid Enrollment Manager with a staff of 15 employees, until the department was divided based on the two lines of business .I was given the CHIP Enrollment staff to manage as the supervisor until a Manager was hired. Always willing to assist any staff member or manager at any given time. The hardest part of the job, was year end evaluations, being able to ensure the employees were evaluated based on their yearly performance. The most enjoyable part of the job, was the quarterly meeting, the preparation of the Thanksgiving Day baskets for the membership,Christmas adopt a kid drive, and the year end bonus.
