screened clients for eligibility for health insurance. helped those who needed help with their applications. being able to speak spanish helped a great deal. great co workers. the hardest part of the job were having to insist for clients to bring in their missing documetns to complete application. enojoyable part was being able to help those in need.

The company has been taken over by another organization and we have been informed that benifits will be cut significantly. We will have our work schedule rearranged. Eighty percent of my day is spent making field visits to the many sites in the organization. The rest of the time is spent doing paper work at the office. My job experience in HealthPlus was a good one. I was able to make great friends. The position itself was very fast paced, sometimes stressful but you could always count on co-workers and management to lend you a hand.

i have not complaints about this company until merge with amerigroup we are in the limbo with our job.
