Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE SPECIALIST
We are looking for a high energy, positive individual with excellent customer service skills. This individual would be the first point of contact with our customers assisting them with resolution to situations involving benefits.
Answering in coming phone calls, from members with an empathy, understanding and resolution. Multi task oriented. Possess excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. Customer service medical insurance experience preferred. Develop new streamlined procedures. Collaborate and cooperate with all departments to improve company. Increase revenue. Decrease expenses.
You should have:
High School education and 3-5 years or Associates degree with 1-2 years of similar experience.
Minimum of 65 wpm typing capability.
High level competence using, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
This position is ideal for an individual who is a quick learner, intensely curious, and will follow through with an issue to its conclusion. You should be team oriented with good interpersonal skills. This position requires working across departments and with clients.
You will be subject to pre-employment testing including but not limited to Excel, Word, IQ and drug testing.
