Poor correspondence with management.

Orientation was spread out over 2 months. Did not get paid what I was told by HR. Client visitation was too spread out. Unable to schedule Clients home visitation to be done in 1-2 days. So I had to go to a different home everyday. Hourly wage averaged out to $10.00 a hour. Difficult to contact Team Leaders. I would have to email them 3-4 times and call them before they returned calls. I needed to discharge someone and emailed Team Leader 3 times and the never got back to me so I resigned.

I own my own business - making my own schedule and not work when my daughter was sick

go take intakes on new patients, see my current patients every 30-60-90 days for supervisory visit to make sure the person the patient had hired was doing their job by the care plan and daily task sheet. Did my own billing and coding - which I self taught myself
