Pros: Good benefits and compensation
Cons: Poor upper management
Overwhelmed majority of the time with work. I learned pretty much by being thrown to the wolves. No formal training or courses after initial training class. Upper management is not professional at all. They don't listen to the people that do the job everyday. The hardest part of the job is trying to get so much done in an 8 hour day. The most enjoyable is being off on vacation to have a mental health day!
