I have been with the company for 4 months. In that time I have floated between 5 facilities in my district. I have to say that each facility I have been treated fairly. I have seen no issues or had no problems with upper management or nursing staff. You will have a difficult resident here and there but that is to be expected. I'm very surprised by a lot of the views but all the poor ones seem to be coming from East coast regions and maybe the company doesn't have things figured out as well over there.

Unnecessary stress no support. It's a revolving door with staffing. When you have openings you can't give overtime you have to cover it and still get your job done. Hence managers are force to work 60-80 hrs a week or feel the wrath of a write up
