Patient Service Representative (Former Employee) – South Saint Paul, MN – January 9, 2018
Call center is poorly managed, The clinics don't communicate with the schedulers. Managers would rather micromanaged than take a call to help patients, since the patients care comes first. The managers are just an embarrassment to this company,

HealthEast was a great place to start after nursing school. They encouraged me to obtain my certifications and continue learning. I loved the nurses I worked with and the people I was able to care for.

disorganized and mismanaged. No chance for career advancement and underpaid. Micromanaged even when answering 2-3x as many phone calls per day than coworkers. Could not be away from computer for even a minute after your 15 minute break.

Employees at HealthEast are focused on the companies values and are focused on providing the best patient care possible. There is a ton of change occurring in the organization, which can be both good and bad. Overall I think the new CEO has a great vision for where he is hoping to bring the organization.
Government Claims Representative (Former Employee) – Saint Paul, MN – April 18, 2017

I enjoyed the people I worked with and thought the pay and benefits were great. I just got sick of staring at a screen all day and doing data entry.
