Show employees that you actually CARE. Smile very now and then? Get your feet off your desk, come out of your office, and interact with staff. And realize that if you hear a call light for an extended amount of time, it's because we are all with other patients and can't be to it. Just get up and and answer instead of pulling us into the office and yelling at us. An 18-1 patient nurse ratio is outrageous.
