Certified Home Health Aide (Current Employee), Brooklyn, NY – February 8, 2015
I love working with the patients. Never had any type of personal problems working with different types of people. I've been working for the agency for a little over 2 years now and nothing has really changed.
Registered Nurse Supervisor (Current Employee), Brooklyn, NY – June 11, 2014
Working environment was frequently disorganized hence decreased productivity. I learned how to evaluate the health assessment as per DOH. Management was non supportive of staff. Mostly supportive co workers, due to lack of management support. The hardest part of the job was being unable to have an input in the development of the company. The most enjoyable part of the job was visiting the patients and being able to assess them in maintaining a higher level of functioning.
No organization and lack of work ethics enviroment
Branch Manager (Former Employee), Brooklyn – May 7, 2014
WOW is all I can say!!! Completely lost for words.....Lost a great deal of good employees due to the lack of professional environment from upper management to the founder of the company. Must say employees work HARD long hours and little pay, lack of compassion and appreciation for employees from upper management. Is a place where you have to actually be there to see it for your self!!!
I enjoyed working with and for a popluation who were unableto help themselves
Branch Manager (Former Employee), East Orange, NJ – January 8, 2014
Pros: i enjoyed assisting people when they were unable to do for themselves
Cons: dealing with clients death
Life at a homecare agency is always often fast paced dealing with referrals, hospital admits/discharges, client's family involvement or lack of, and scheduling shifts are just a few. Not to mention dealing with the administrative staff needs as well. I enjoyed working with the staff this business predicated on team work. All administrative staff positions piggy backed on one another if human resources did not maintain compliance then the scheduling coordinator would not be able to effective do that job. Having a great team to work with made all the difference

I thoroughly enjoy working at Heart to Heart as it is a company that I have built from the ground up. I have a tremendous amount of responsibility which is challenging but rewarding. I have one person over me which is the owner of the company and she relies on my to keep everything running smoothly.
