I put away and organized deliveries twice a week....cleaned fridges and freezers....organized dry storage....served meals...reset and made sure dining room was ready for the next meal service...made sure all side work was completed....and locked up the kitchen. There was absolutely no appreciation or compensation for hard working employees. Slackers were treated the same as those that worked hard. There wasn't any team work.
