Heartland will make up the difference, up to a maximum of $500, at the area average cost for gas and electricity for the previous calendar year. The cost of heating water, operating temperature maintained pools, hot tubs and any home devices except heating and cooling units are excluded from the computation. This limited energy-savings warranty for Heartland Super Polymer Thermal Siding also assumes full home siding coverage and no excessive leaving of windows and doors open, or extensive usage of fireplaces.
