Tired of being beat around by team leader, and not getting wage compensation for knowledge about operating machinery and other equiptment.

They say u don't need your own tools but good luck getting Heartland to ok the purchase of anything that is needed. Keep using the ten year old tools that are broken.

It's even worse with the managers. The managers will fold like cooked noodles to a customer with any complaint. "The squeeky wheel gets the grease."

Awful. Long hours, low pay, no pto, work holidays,and no social life. It's exhausting for no good reason.

It's all about your ticket average. The new thing is you can only have so many hours alloted to your staff meaning GM's have to personally make up for it so if it gets busy and your killing your stats for the day, u can't ask one of your staff to stay on an extra hour or two because you'll go over you're hours, even though your making it up with the extra business your doing. Makes no sense at all. Company has went to you know what since changing CEO'S. And the rest of upper management is no better.
