Pros: good benefits package, good intensions for patient
Cons: unfair to employees, long hours, too much travel time
They teach u about treating patients about health which is very good but, they are very unfair when it comes to employees, they give u rules to follow but then do not follow through. Like allowing an employee to steal with no consequences and allowing the employee to continue to work there. The company has gotten so large that they are blinded by money
