Friendly and compassionate place to work.
Pros: offering assistance to the terminal ill.
Cons: dealing with death on a daily basis.
Co-workers were friendly and helpful. I usually worked afternoons and midnights on the hospice unit. Dealt with a lot of clients who needed comfort and compassion. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the death of those who you cared for on a regular basis.
