This is a pretty good job to have right out of college. They are willing to train you as an entry level position. They give you quarterly bonuses (which isn't really a bonus because they bunch in those bonuses to your salary when they tell you what it is). You get yearly salary increases too but no one usually stays over 2 years to really get them.
I don't recommend staying here very long because they promote people who don't deserve it and don't acknowledge hard work. If you are on good terms with managers then you get rewarded. It's a pretty uptight group that works there. The majority of managers are very young and don't have much or any experience outside of this job. They like to build from the ground up which makes the job lack inspiration and outside ideas of management.
