Role provides high-level administrative support to CEO, CFO, CRO and responsibilities include calendar management, heavy travel arrangements, T&E's, creating org charts, preparing agendas, arrangements for board and other meetings. The environment is professional, fast paced and friendly. Office location is convenient to Merritt Parkway and 95 and offers excellent benefits. If you are a pro-active, professional admin and have experience working with executives and have excellent written and verbal communications skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, can excercise good independent judgment with direction, email your resume with cover letter and salary requirements.
