Residential Counselor, Knoxville, TN - December 27, 2016
Overall, I give the company 4 stars. i have worked in 2 different programs and I do like the company and it does have a very good job life/ personal life balance, the only thing that I would like to change is the compensation. A lot of the positions in the compnay require a bachelor's degree, which is fine, but then only want to pay you 27000-28000 a year. At least with my background, that is entry level pay. I can't afford to work for that with a BA, I have student loans that need paying off. They do offer really good healthcare, the problem is that it is expensive and with already not making a lot, I am not sure how people afford bills and healthcare, I had to opt out and not get it due to the expense.
