Pros: low cost cafeteria, holidays off, occasional free employee luncheons
Cons: low wages, no advancement, cronyism
Expect to become a number. They really just need you to keep the gears turning as management has become extremely conformist. Advancement is very rare, they will much rather seek outside than promote from within. This is unfortunate because they lose good employees that have been waiting for advancement and morale has been declining.
Overall, if you're – more... looking for a steady (to a fault) JOB this place is ok. It has a low-cost cafeteria and once in a while there are nice company luncheons.
Other than a couple of perks, employees could use little more of those hefty quarterly earnings into their wages a lot more than the VP needs another European sports car :( – less
