Overall working conditions were good, it gets very busy at the begining of the year when its registration time. I had to learn a few networking practices and had to familiarise myself with their systems as quickly as possible since no training was provided. The job certainly improved my technical skills as students would come by with a whole lot of different problems with their devices, the job also helped me improve my customer service skills.
The feeling i got when a student would walk away with a smile because i helped them with their device(PC, tablet, cellphone) was the most enjoyable part of the job. the management was great as well as my co-workers we were one big happy family.
