Assembly technician, Eaton, OH - June 15, 2016
Great company that takes really good care of their employees, except for temporary employees.Employees their will purposely try to get you fired. I'm not saying everyone is like that, but the place is basically a popularity contest. Other than that the work was wonderful, fast paced, yet fun to do. While there I learned time managements skills and how to wire, assemble, and repair the fryers we were producing. Management was spectacular, if I needed something i got it, within reason of course. Always made sure I was safe and did regular check ups to see my progress. The hardest part about the job was when something broke going done the assembly line. It could have taken you ten minutes to build the part, but can take you up to an hour or two depending on the part slowing down production. The most enjoyable part of the the job was working with my hands, staying busy, and also having fun while i did it.
