A good place to start a new CENA. Learning experience.
Pros: promotes success in patient care .
Cons: it is hard to get employed there, but once you're in, it is worth it.
I will always miss working there. I learned a lot about patient care as well as relationships between my generation and the older generations that I have served. Everyday, I was learning something new. They helped me figured out my goals as I tried to help their residents feel at their home.
