Very fun place to work, interact with consumers everyday. I start the day by making sure nothing was left undone the previous night, and fill anything that out of stock. This company allows for flexiblity which was nice while I was attending classes ans studying for exams during the school year. Basically as much as you want to earn is based on how much effort you put into it. A typical day would consist of calling clients and checking up on them and their progress and coaching them to reach their health goals. I learned – more... a lot of communication skills and learned how to handle working directly with people. I also learned a lot of new ways to communicate with my mentors and teammates through new technology because a lot of them live in California. The hardest part of the job was getting the courage to talk to potential customers face to face. This allowed me to grow and develop even though it was scary at first. Herbalife is a great company to work with. I have learned a lot about being independent and having to make it work.

It was one project and killing pressure. The project was really huge and was launching in 7 different countries, worked ion various time zones and had super fun.

Loved working here. Worked in FL, WI and UK for the same client. They have some awesome processes to work with. I really believe in strong processes. They are a winner to work with.

You get out what you put in! Herbalife is an amazing company that truly cares about its employees and beneficiaries. Their products are all natural and really work!

I started at Herbalife as a temp employees, hoping to get hired on permanent. Immediately I fell in love with the product, my personal health results where magnificent. I should have done more research before taking this job at this particular dpt. This dpt. is not like the rest of Herbalife (from what I hear). Its challenging to go to work and give – more... the best service when management there is negative, unhappy, and carry themselves that way. Distributors are wonderful, outgoing, full of life. Job itself is easy, input of distributors order, checking order before submitting, and payment taking. Permanent employees there are miserable and apply at other Herbalife dpts. on a daily base hoping to get hired on elsewhere. Unfortunately Management is to blame. Management there have been given roles that are not suted for them. They have been there since high school and have been promoted because of there time in the company. There unexperience leadership shows as there is very little communication from management. Being there felt as if it was management against employess with no team spirit, mentoring, or guidance. God forbid you make a mistake in an order placed, supervisors and/or management will make you feel like an idiot in front of the distributor and if the mistake is from the distributor they will also get spoken to in a negative tone. This dpt. should be above and beyond, customer service, but unfortunately there is absolutely zero customer service expected or given. One supervisor told me its all about quantity and quality of orders. Only when executive management or someone visiting from another dpt. will you see a different, positive, happier side of management. Your experience here as a distributor will be very Robotic! I learned alot at this dpt. how not to treat your employees!! – less
