Management had favorites among the staff and was obvious about it. Management had no respect for those employees that were not favorites, or their abilities. Their was no respect for work/life balance.Management had very little technical acuity, yet still made one feel as if their efforts were not up to par. Management was more concerned about time spent in the office than the actual work that was done. Management acted like a boss not a leader. Management was, over all, disrespectful, bullying and not pleasant.
