About Heritage Centers

Heritage Centers was originally founded in 1951, by five families, as the Erie County Chapter of the New York State Association for Retarded Children (NYSARC, Inc.). In 1989, our agency changed its name to reflect the growth and 'heritage' of providing comprehensive and quality programming to people with developmental disabilities.

Today, as a leading
