Management wasn't the best, didn't notice the employees that worked hard and deserved promotions. Employees weren't picked by their hard work and dedication but by how much they were liked.
Co-workers - most were outstanding and great group of people.
Keeping up with all the emails and knowing that a wrong answer regarding a customers waste could lead to disaster. A lot of responsibility on the employees that weren't educated on the types of material that came into the facility and not enough of responsibility on the employees that were educated on the types of material that came into the facility.
Getting a customers profile approved and scheduled in a timely manner and just pleasing the customers.
