Overall a terrible place to work.

This company doesn't care about their employees. They used to somewhat care about the members; however, everything now is only about sales and their numbers. The managers and supervisors are terrible and have no business being in management positions. People working here are untrustworthy, two-faced, and tend to over involve themselves in your life.
Communication was horrible between employees. No one seemed to have a solid understanding of policies and procedures. There was no room for advancement. Overall it was not rewarding and didn't gain anything from working with this company.
The only positive aspects were some of the benefits and the occasional small bonuses.
