Shalimar Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Support is looking for an Office Director to perform the administrative functions at our community. The Office Director is responsible for providing a positive experience by phone and in person for all persons encountered in the community, providing administrative and accounting support, maintaining financial and personnel files and assisting the Executive Director with other projects as necessary. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and a passion for the people we serve. Previous A/R, A/P and payroll knowledge is required as well as previous experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. A high school diploma is required with a two to four year college degree in business or accounting preferred. EOE
