Nice on the outside...
Area Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  New EnglandApril 12, 2015
But it's what's on the inside that counts...

If you are single, have no family and no social life then this is the company for you.

This company is dishonest and unethical. It was very common for them to hire an employee for 1 position only to put them in another position once they were hired. Most employees are salaried and are expected to be available to work from 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM with no overtime. If you complain you are out.

They frequently misrepresent their products and services to their customers. Antiquated business model, and no real vision.

The owners of the company only care about the bottom line and the management are all a bunch of lap dogs too their wishes, because they are just as afraid of being fired as everyone else. So with that in mind you can advance pretty quickly through the ranks. This will make you feel good for a while, until you realize that the more you know, the more they take advantage of you.

Yes they have cheap benefits and you get all the free ice cream you could want, but it does not even come close to what you give to them...your soul.
Pros
Free Ice Cream
Cons
A 10 hour work day is an easy day with this company, poor management, and high turnover.

OPERATIONS MANAGER (Former Employee) –  OrlandoApril 18, 2012
Handled all inbound and outbound calls to and from customers with complaints, orders and freezer issues. Responsible for bi-weekly payroll, maintaining a 95% accounts receivable balance and dealing with refrigeration companies to repair down freezers in the field. Management was very poor in helping resolve issues with customers and were quick to tell the customer to take a hike. Hardest part of the job was juggling all my daily tasks and doing the loaders job because we were constantly short handed. The best part of the job was the people I worked with on a daily basis, all were hard working and looked out for one another to get the job done.
Pros
healthcare, family owned
