Serve as the Sr. Member Service Rep. while being responsible for managing the day to day operations that include sales, bank program implementation, facilities management, and operational execution activities.
Assist in the development of short and long term planning for the growth and profitability of the branch.
Consult with Branch Manager to identify current and future organizational design and development needs for the branch and other business units.
Prepare reports and brief results and recommendations to program or higher-level management that communicates milestones, issues, and recommendations.
Assist in supervise a professional staff of five employees responsible for generating deposits, loans sales and operational excellence.
Write and implement bank standard operating policies and procedures for branch employees.
Developing policy and procedures for the credit union to help train new electronic technicians
Setting up distribution of incoming direct deposits to multiple accounts as well as sending funds to other financial institutions for members that receive direct deposits
Provide world-class customer service by having great product knowledge as well as great problem solving skills
Assisted member in identifying the proper products to members such as Certificates of Deposits, IRA’s, Personal Checking, Business Checking, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, Home Equity Loans/Line of Credit and Credit Cards.
Management is Great at the branch Levels. Upper Management is horrible VP of member services does not have a plan makes emotional decisions with out investigation
Credit Union Will Change name at the beginning of 2015 because of bad reviews behind current name . the new Name will be called Democracy Federal Credit Union
Hardest part of the Job is be threating by upper management daily
